When you place an order, we collect your TikTok username, email address, and payment transaction ID. That is it. We do not collect your password, physical address, phone number, or any other personal details.

2. How We Use Your Info

Your TikTok username is used solely to deliver your order. Your email is used to send order confirmations and support responses. We do not send marketing emails unless you specifically sign up for our newsletter.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third party payment processors (currently NOWPayments). We do not store any payment details, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, or financial data on our servers. Payment processors have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data.

4. Data Storage

Order data is stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase with encryption at rest). We retain order records for 12 months for refill guarantee purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for 6 months.

5. Third Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. The only exceptions are our payment processor (for processing your payment) and our email service provider (for sending transactional emails).

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality (theme preference, session management). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at support@buytokfollowers.com and we will handle it within 48 hours.
