Refund Policy

The Short Version
If we cannot deliver your order at all, you get a full refund. Once delivery has started, all sales are final. We do offer a 30 day refill guarantee so you always get what you paid for.
No Refund Once Delivery Starts
Our services are digital and delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation (typically within 60 seconds). Once followers or likes start being added to your account, the order is considered delivered and refunds are not available under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Full Refund Cases
You are eligible for a full refund ONLY if:
- We are completely unable to start delivery within 24 hours of your confirmed payment
- A verified technical issue on our end prevents any delivery from occurring
- Your payment was confirmed but no order was created in our system
30 Day Refill Guarantee (Not a Refund)
Instead of refunds, we offer something better. Every order includes a 30 day refill guarantee. If followers or likes drop for any reason within 30 days of delivery completion, contact support with your order number and we will refill the difference at no extra cost. This is a refill, not a monetary refund.
Digital Service Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on BuyTokFollowers, you expressly acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital service that begins delivery immediately upon payment
- You waive any right of withdrawal or cooling off period once delivery has commenced
- The nature of digital services means they cannot be "returned" once delivered
- This policy complies with standard digital goods and services regulations
Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been delivered may result in your account being banned from future purchases. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our support team first and we will work to resolve it fairly.
How to Request a Refund (Pre Delivery Only)
If you believe you qualify for a refund (delivery has not started), email support@buytokfollowers.com with your order number and payment transaction ID. We respond within 2 hours.
