30-Day Refill Guarantee
If followers drop within 30 days of delivery, we replace them for free. No questions asked, no excuses needed. That's our promise to every customer.
When You CAN Get a Refund
We believe in being fair. Here are the situations where you're absolutely entitled to your money back:
Order Not Delivered
If your order isn't delivered within 72 hours of payment confirmation, you get a full refund. We'll reach out first to try to resolve it, but if we can't deliver, you get your money back.
Significantly Under-Delivered
Ordered 1,000 but only got 800? That's not cool. If we deliver more than 10% less than promised and can't top it up, refund time.
Technical Issues On Our End
Our system glitched? Payment went through twice? Something broke that's clearly our fault? We'll make it right.
Duplicate Charges
Charged twice for the same order? Obviously that gets refunded. Just reach out with your order details.
When Refunds Don't Apply
To be transparent, here's when we can't offer refunds. These aren't gotchas—they're situations where refunding wouldn't make sense:
Order Successfully Delivered
If we delivered what you ordered, the transaction is complete. We can't "un-deliver" followers. That said, if they drop within 30 days, remember you have the refill guarantee!
Profile Set to Private
We literally cannot deliver to private accounts. If your profile was private during delivery and the order failed, that's not on us. Always double-check before ordering!
Wrong Username Provided
Typo in your username? We delivered to exactly what you entered. We always recommend copy-pasting your username to avoid this.
Account Banned by TikTok
If TikTok bans your account for reasons unrelated to our service (content violations, etc.), we can't refund that. Our service doesn't cause bans—we've done 127K+ orders with zero ban reports.
Change of Mind After Delivery Starts
Once delivery begins, we can't reverse it. If you're unsure, start with a smaller package to test us out first.
Drops After 30-Day Guarantee
The 30-day window is generous, but it does end. Followers dropping 6 months later aren't covered. (Pro tip: most drops happen in the first 2 weeks if at all.)
How to Request a Refund
Need a refund? Here's the process—it's pretty simple:

We Review (Within 24 Hours)
Our team checks the order status, delivery logs, and your account. We're thorough but quick—usually respond same day.
Resolution Offered
If eligible, we'll offer either a refund to your crypto wallet or a refill/redelivery—your choice. If not eligible, we'll explain why clearly.
Refund Processed (3-5 Days)
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Crypto refunds depend a bit on network conditions.
Before requesting a refund for "not delivered," double-check that your profile is public and that you entered the correct username. 90% of delivery issues are one of these two things.

Refill (Free Top-Up)
Followers dropped within 30 days? We add more to make up for it. Free, automatic (once you tell us), no limit on how many times during the 30 days.
Refund (Money Back)
Something went wrong that we can't fix with more delivery. Order never arrived, major technical issue, etc. You get your cryptocurrency back.
In most cases, if you're unhappy, we try the refill first since it's faster and still gets you what you paid for. But if you'd rather have the money back (and you qualify), just say so.
