Welcome to BuyTokFollowers! By using our website or services, you're agreeing to these terms. Think of it like a handshake agreement, but digital and legally binding.

These terms are a contract between you (the awesome creator looking to grow) and us (BuyTokFollowers, the folks helping you do it). If you don't agree with anything here, that's totally fine—but you shouldn't use our services in that case.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We've only had to do this a handful of times in our history, and it was always for Very Good Reasons (think: fraud attempts, harassment of our team, or trying to use our services for stuff that makes us uncomfortable).

When you purchase from us, here's what you're actually buying:

• TikTok Followers: High-quality accounts that will follow your profile. They have profile pictures, bios, and look like real accounts because that's the whole point.
• TikTok Likes: Likes on your specified video from accounts that look legitimate.
• Delivery: We start within 60 seconds and pace delivery to look natural.
• 30-Day Refill Guarantee: If followers drop within 30 days, we replace them free.

For this whole thing to work, you need to hold up your end:

• Public Profile: Your TikTok account MUST be set to public during delivery. Private accounts can't receive followers. You can switch back after if you want.
• Correct Username: Double-check your username before ordering. Once delivery starts, we can't redirect to a different account.
• Valid Email: We send order confirmations and updates here. Make sure it's an email you actually check.
• Patience: Large orders take time to deliver safely. Spamming our support asking "is it done yet?" doesn't speed things up.

Some things will get your order cancelled and potentially get you banned from our platform:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks on legitimate orders, or identity theft.
• Reselling: Buying from us to resell at markup without being an authorized partner.
• Abuse: Harassing our support team. They're humans with feelings.
• Illegal Content: Accounts promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or content involving minors inappropriately.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else (celebrities, brands, etc.) for deceptive purposes.

Let's talk money:

• Cryptocurrency Only: We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, and other major cryptos through NOWPayments. This keeps prices low and transactions fast.
• Prices May Change: Our prices can change at any time. However, once you've paid, your order is locked at that price regardless of future changes.
• No Hidden Fees: The price you see is the price you pay. We don't tack on "service fees" or "processing charges" at checkout.
• Payment Confirmation: Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed on the blockchain. This usually takes a few minutes but can vary.

Our commitment to you:

• 30-Day Refill: If followers drop within 30 days, contact us with your order ID. We'll verify and refill at no charge. No questions asked.
• Delivery Guarantee: If your order isn't delivered within 72 hours, you're entitled to a full refund.
• Quality Guarantee: If we deliver significantly fewer followers than ordered (more than 10% short), we'll make it right.

What's NOT covered:

• Drops after the 30-day guarantee period
• Account set to private during delivery (not our fault!)
• Wrong username provided (please double-check!)
• Account banned by TikTok for unrelated reasons
• Change of mind after delivery has begun

Here's where we have to be a bit lawyerly:

Service "As Is": We provide our services as-is. While we work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific expectation you might have.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Platform: TikTok is not affiliated with us in any way. TikTok's own terms and policies apply to your use of their platform. If TikTok changes their policies in ways that affect our service, we'll do our best to adapt, but we can't guarantee anything.

Your Responsibility: You're responsible for your TikTok account and content. We help with follower counts, not content strategy or TikTok compliance.

We might update these terms occasionally. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• For major changes, we may notify customers via email
• Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms

We won't make changes that retroactively affect completed orders. That would be a jerk move, and we're not jerks.
